  • Advising clients on appropriate funding typically Series A fundraising
  • Leveraging our long standing relationships with institutional investors to showcase our clients to the most appropriate sources of capital
  • Assisting clients to produce investment decks and appropriately supported financial projections
  • Conducting pre marketing/pilot phishing to gauge initial institutional investor sentiment and likely demand
  • Assisting with the due diligence process and organise and attend on site due diligence visits
  • Assisting to prepare all of the documentation for the fundraise from key equity story to investment deck
  • Advise and assist on valuation for the fundraise transaction
  • Support and advice on appointing the appropriate and relevant third party advisors on the transaction
  • Supporting negotiations and liaising with client’s legal advisors
  • Preparing the company for a fundraise including creating an appropriate Board structure
  • Preparing the senior management for investor meetings
  • Organising investor roadshow meetings, attending investor meetings and providing investor feedback
  • Project managing the fundraise transaction from start to completion
  • Advising post capital raise transaction and acting as financial advisor
