- Identify the optimal buyer universe on a global basis including trade as well as financial buyers
- Prepare professional marketing material customised for different buyer groups if necessary
- Conduct a discreet but thorough pre-launch marketing process to shortlist the most likely buyers
- Responsible for all communication with buyers
- Analyse and compare all offers
- Co-ordinate the due diligence process including liaising with all advisers
- Negotiate the best deal bearing in mind not only the headline price, but the terms and conditions that go with it
- Project manage the transaction process
