  • Prepare professional marketing material customised for different buyer groups if necessary
  • Conduct a discreet but thorough pre-launch marketing process to shortlist the most likely buyers
  • Responsible for all communication with buyers
  • Analyse and compare all offers
  • Co-ordinate the due diligence process including liaising with all advisers
  • Negotiate the best deal bearing in mind not only the headline price, but the terms and conditions that go with it
  • Project manage the transaction process
